March 20…Wearing of the Green ride
11 AM at Brunswick MARK parking lot RTR. Wear green if you can.
Lunch afterward at Beans In The Belfry. Can split into different groups if needed. Call me at 301-639-4448 or email at horsingaroundhoney@live.com if you are coming. Bring water for your horse and clean up tools. Expect hikers, dog walkers and trains. Great footing, shoes not needed, straight in and out path. Planning on riding about 10 miles from Brunswick toward Point of Rocks at walk and some gaiting but will tailor the ride as needed depending on condition of horses.
follow these directions to skip most of the traffic circles
RT 15 N towards Frederick
RT 340 WB towards Jefferson, MD
RT 180 towards Petersvile
RT 79 W (Petersville Rd)
Once in Brunswick, follow signs for MARC train (around the circle and take E. A street to S. Maple Ave)
